Biography
My work captures timeless moments of joy along the coastline, from sea swimming, bike rides and walks, I am interested in the landscapes of past coastline industries and settling culture in high contrast along the timeless ebbing shoreline of the Island we live on, my painting is fuelled by abstract narrative and colour love of the gold waking and sleeping of the day of urban sea towns, Sussex shores and the South Downs.

Born in Sussex, Early childhood West Indies, returned to UK for school years in Sussex, Surrey, Devon. Student days and work North London
Settled in Brighton in 2000 where I still live and work in the North Laines

Living by the sea, coastal walks, sea swimming and the South Downs way, fuel my desire to create unique and vibrant abstract scapes  inspired by moments in nature to evoke the realms of semi abstract beauty and colour love to bring joy to my audience.
